Why the United States Nicknamed Uncle Sam?
Why the United States Nicknamed Uncle Sam?
enapa American countries dubbed as "Uncle Sam" (Uncle Sam)?. Here's the story, once a man named Samuel Wilson. He was born in Arlington, September 13, 1766. At the age of 14, he became a volunteer fighter for his country. As an adult, he opened a meat packing business in New York. He supplies the cans of meat for bertong U.S. troops in the War of 1812.

World Cup
For those who enjoy betting and participate in a variety of ways to bet, there are winners and losers. Hopefully not until there is a bankrupt. I lost "a lot" and I like to pay with chips comrades Rotary Club. But my driver apparently risked coffee sachets "steamer". There are lost or won 10 packs 15 packs ... sachets and every day it seems to change hands?
Do you know why why bet with a sachet of coffee steamer? Apparently they expect in one sachet they won there is a "sticker" motor and cash prize of millions ....
Good idea too huh?
Thanks God it's Friday and let's enjoy the world cup finals game .
Future and Experiences Travel to USA
It seems a long journey, can still be enjoyed, even though no business class seat. SQ is still one of the airlines that can be enjoyed, because they can not possibly live from the "domestic flights", they have tried to be the best for all its international flights. Especially for the long journey to the Americas and Europe.
The A380 is the latest, sitting in the upper decks, window seats, according to my comfort. The number of passengers on the upper deck economy a bit, so the service becomes better.
If Garuda would fly to America, do tanggung2, should have a few flights per day, for example, one to LA via Hawaii, to SF via Taipei, one to New York via Narita, then given the class "super economy", the seat is wider than the economy , may be used only seats first / business domestically commonly used, sdh more comfortable for flights far enough. I am sure will be full, although a price slightly above the SQ economy. But surely Mr. Elisha Lumbantoruan, colleagues in IT are now doing business in the Garuda, along with experts in the Garuda which can determine whether my idea above is right or wrong.
IN USA alone, people still feel "question mark" will be the future of their economies. President Obama's speech and make decisions that will hopefully help increase employment. Economic stimulus package Obama this time $ 447 bn. A big value at all. As usual there are pros and cons. The end result later how? How you later!
I could see the show from the Pat Boone show at Leisure World, Seal Beach, CA, in an area where my sister lived.
Pat Boone was born in 1934. also mentioned the USA economy is a question mark. Of singing and his voice was not as good as before, while April Love and Bernardine, was so Top Hits, but still productive with singing spiritual lagu2 and making a new album.
Show is still interesting, assisted by rekaman2 of radio shows, tv, movies and variety shows that lama2, given the comments by Pat Boone himself free, so it is quite encouraging. Pat Boone, the famous faithful in perkawainannya, the wife is also attending the show. O He was like many Hollywood stars are not lasting marriage life. Already have 16 grandchildren (if I heard right), of 4 children, and this year, already got a great-grandfather.
I myself would like and want to invite you all, do not stop working and give you the ability and competence to devote your dharma, for the sake of the people, at the age anytime.
Especially for those who are young and growing. Keep fighting, do not despair but continue to do what is best for yourself, for family, for relatives and friends. For the Nation and State, the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. So in Indonesia do the big "question mark" her .... Homeland going where we are, should be benar2 occur "should be better tomorrow than today" ....!
