Each package is marked initials E.A.-U.S. At the time of questioning the meaning of these initials, workers who jokingly replied that EA was Elbert Anderson and Uncle Sam U.S. is that should the United States. So the title became popular among the workers, soldiers, and the people and Government of the United States now known as "Uncle Sam"

Future and Experiences Travel to USA

To attend the wedding ceremony a nephew who lives in Dallas TX, before the Eid with the family, we went to the USA, returned on Sep 12 ago.
It seems a long journey, can still be enjoyed, even though no business class seat. SQ is still one of the airlines that can be enjoyed, because they can not possibly live from the "domestic flights", they have tried to be the best for all its international flights. Especially for the long journey to the Americas and Europe.
The A380 is the latest, sitting in the upper decks, window seats, according to my comfort. The number of passengers on the upper deck economy a bit, so the service becomes better.
If Garuda would fly to America, do tanggung2, should have a few flights per day, for example, one to LA via Hawaii, to SF via Taipei, one to New York via Narita, then given the class "super economy", the seat is wider than the economy , may be used only seats first / business domestically commonly used, sdh more comfortable for flights far enough. I am sure will be full, although a price slightly above the SQ economy. I could see the show from the Pat Boone show at Leisure World, Seal Beach, CA, in an area where my sister lived.

Nah bagi sobat blogger semua yang sampai saat ini belum mempunyai akunGoogle Adsense, mungkin Anda bertanya-tanya bagaimana cara termudah agar diterima Google Adsense. Memang untuk saat ini, mendaftar Adsense tidak semudah dulu. Dulu, syarat pendaftaran Adsense sangat mudah,  sobat  cukup mempunyai blog, dan diisi dengan beberapa artikel bahasa Inggris, lalu daftarkanGoogle Adsense, pasti akan diterima. Perlu sobat semua ketahui bahwa mulai akhir 2009, Google menerapkan peraturan baru. Blog minimal harus berusia 6 bulan, dan selalu diupdate. juga pengunjung yang banyak merupakan salah satu pertimbangan juga dari team survey google adsense.
Oleh karena itu, jika Anda ingin menjadi publisher Adsense, sesuai dengan TOS (peraturan) baruGoogle Adsense, lakukan langkah-langkah di bawah ini:
  1. Beli domain TLD(Top Level Domain) (.com/net/org/info) dapat membelinya diwww.idwebhost.com
  2. Buat Blog. Anda bisa membuat blog gratisan seperti di blogspot atau wordpress, maupun membeli hosting berbayar. Dan gunakan domain yang sudah Anda beli sebagai nama domain blog Anda.
  3. Isi blog dengan konten Bahasa Inggris, agar Anda mendapatkan semua fitur Adsense, yaituAdsense For Content, Adsense for Search, Adsense for Feed dan Adsense for Domain. Sampai sekarang Adsense belum support untuk bahasa Indonesia. Jika Anda mendaftar pakai blog berbahasa Indonesia, biasanya hanya akan mendapat Adsense for search and Adsense for feed. Jika Anda tidak begitu menguasai bahasa Inggris, Anda bisa mencari artikel gratisan berbahasa Inggris di ArticleCity.com, EzineArticles.com atau ArticleDashboard.com
  4. Desain blog dengan bagus. Gunakan template yang bagus, dengan navigasi yang mudah. Jika hosting di blogspot, jangan menggunakan template default dari blogspot.
  5. Tingkatkan traffick blog. Sebelum didaftarkan ke Adsense, usahakan blog sudah memiliki traffick yang stabil, walaupun masih sedikit, misalnya 10-20 unique visitor setiap hari.
  6. Selalu update blog Anda. Paling tidak update blog Anda minimal 1 kali seminggu. Lebih sering diupdate lebih bagus, misalnya dua hari sekali atau bahkan setiap hari. Terutama setelah mendaftar Adsense, dalam masa menunggu untuk diterima, blog harus selalu diupdate. Ingat, jangan membiarkan blog Anda tidak diupdate lebih dari 1 bulan.
  7. Konten tidak mengandung pornografi dan SARA. Google sangat membenci konten yang berbau pornografi, kekerasan, SARA dsb.
  8. Biasanya permohonan untuk menjadi publisher Adsense akan diterima dalam waktu 2-3 hari. Tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan juga sampai satu minggu. Dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah diatas, kemungkinan besar permohonan Anda akan diterima.

• Jika Anda beruntung, meskipun menggunakan subdomain gratisan dan konten bahasa Indonesia, permohonan Anda akan diterima. Management

When starting a coffee shop, if you are an absentee owner or want to pass the management to a dedicated manager they will need to have the authority to hire, fire, purchase and possibly sign checks. You will also have to pay them what most owners make in a year in order for them to take on the responsibility of the entire shop. In order to get and retain an excellent and proven manager, the salary should be competitive and quite possibly include some perks. Pay in the $35-50,000 per year range is not uncommon depending on your [anticipated] volume. If you do not have the volume to have a dedicated manager then obviously the business may be something you should manage yourself unless you are focusing on other things. However you will need a moderate to high volume shop to justify a dedicated and passionate manager.

When you are interviewing for management for your coffee shop start-up, look at their previous employment and see any patterns, positive and negative. Is their work history short and choppy without good reasons like moving out of the area or going back to school? Contact their previous employers to confirm the accuracy of past jobs. Ask for references and check them out.

Is your manager going to also buy coffee beans for your store? Are they going to buy food products and your other stock? Decide what their responsibilities are going to be and plan accordingly.

They have to be worth their pay in every way but be careful not to mingle. Let them manage, unless of course things are not progressing as they should, then intervene. But, if you take any of the authority away or override their authority, they will quit. Well, at least the good ones will. Of course you have to make them 100% accountable for your business and their mistakes, but you hired them to manage so let them manage.

As in management, you need to be sure you find the right employee each time you hire someone when you are opening a coffee shop. Be sure you know ‘who’ you want. Are you looking for high school students? What about a college student? How about more mature employees? Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Sometimes you need to pay above the going rate in order to get good employees. Try to make your place the most desirable place to work at and word will spread.
